my bed was uncomfortable and i had only one flat pillow. the sign in the small room asked for toilet paper to be put in the bin. the room got very hot during the night, and the hotel is on a busy road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each day, a cleaner come to tidy my room and refresh towels. The fridge and kettle inside my room was lovely. It was nice to have this extras for my stay.

The location is AMAZING. Westfield shopping center is a short walk away, providing many shopping and dining options. The staff members were genuinely friendly. Check-in and check-out were handled with professionalism and ease. The room was generally clean, a very important thing for me.
The room was a bit smaller than expected. The small cabinet size wasn't enough to store our luggage. We also had to ask for hand towels, a minor inconvenience.
